You may request deletion of this information at any time using the contact details in Section 2.

MrNailHead offers an optional text messaging program so that we can respond quickly to quote requests and communicate with you about your project. Messages are conversational and service-related. They may include confirmation of your request, follow-up questions about your project, scheduling of a consultation or site visit, and project updates. We do not use text messaging to send promotional campaigns, newsletters, or advertising.
We obtain your express written consent before sending you any text message. Consent is collected through a clearly labeled checkbox on our quote request form. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and checking it is entirely optional.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request and receive a quote, and engage our services, without agreeing to receive text messages. If you choose not to opt in, we will contact you by telephone or email instead.
The consent language presented on our form reads:
“Text me about my project. By checking this box I agree to receive text messages from MrNailHead at the number provided about my quote request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”
Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply according to the plan you hold with your mobile carrier. MrNailHead does not charge you for text messages.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details in Section 2.
Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or contact us at the telephone numbers in Section 2.
Opting out of text messages does not affect communications by telephone or email regarding your inquiry or an active project.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and are excluded from every other category of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy.
We disclose your mobile number only to the messaging service provider that delivers messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering those messages. That provider is contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
We work with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site and delivering our services. These providers have access to your personal information only as necessary to perform their functions and are required to maintain appropriate data security standards. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

We use third-party platforms to host our quote request forms and to manage the resulting inquiries. These providers store the information you submit, including information entered into an incomplete form, and make it available to our team so that we can respond.
We use third-party platforms to send and receive email and text messages on our behalf. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent data disclosed to a messaging provider are used solely to deliver messages we send, and remain subject to the restrictions in Section 5.5.
Our Site is hosted on third-party servers. Our web hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP addresses and server logs) as part of normal site operations. We select hosting providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.
We advertise on third-party platforms, including social media platforms, and we use their measurement technologies on our Site to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries. These platforms may receive information about your visit — such as pages viewed and whether you began or completed a quote request — and may use that information to measure our campaigns and to show you our advertisements on their services. See Section 10 for how to limit this.
We may add additional third-party tools in the future. When we do, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries, complete active projects, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Specifically:
Inquiry form submissions: retained for up to three (3) years after last contact, unless a project is initiated, in which case records are retained for the duration of the project plus seven (7) years for legal and warranty purposes.
Incomplete form submissions: retained for up to twelve (12) months, then deleted.
Text messaging consent records: retained for the duration of your consent and for four (4) years after you opt out, so that we can demonstrate consent was properly obtained.
Text message content: retained for up to three (3) years, or for the duration of an associated project plus seven (7) years where the messages relate to project work.
Automatically collected data (logs, analytics): typically retained for up to twenty-four (24) months in aggregate or anonymized form.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
